Rooms are comfortable and well-decorated, with adequate lighting and plenty of powerpoints, and the breakfasts are great, with made-to-order eggs. The staff is friendly and helpful, making for a hospitable and personalized experience. The only downside is a minor accessibility issue with a step down into some rooms that may not be immediately apparent.

Great location and fantastic staff! The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major tourist destinations. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, recommending the best local restaurants and ice cream shops. The breakfast was also a standout feature, with lots of fresh fruit and a great selection of both sweet and savoury options.

The hotel’s location couldn’t be better! It’s a stone’s throw away from the top attractions and restaurants. The spacious room was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Another great thing was the breakfast, which had plenty of choices and was delicious. The staff were friendly, attentive and made sure our stay was delightful every step of the way.

The hotel could benefit from more clear signage, as we almost stumbled upon a step-down at our room’s entrance. Although minor, it could cause an injury or discomfort to someone with mobility issues.

We loved the location of the hotel, right on the Dom Platz which is perfect for the Christmas markets and close to the city center. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options. The hotel facilities were clean and modern.
